The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a member of the HR Leadership Team. This individual will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to uncover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This position oversees all Talent Acquisition activities for the organization, interacts with all levels of leadership, HR functional team members, and various professional organizations, agencies and applicants. The ideal individual must be a creative, problem-solver. You will manage the day-to-day talent acquisition operations to ensure timely, accurate, efficient and courteous activities in a cost-effective manner. He/she will ensure that all related service delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, philosophy and strategic direction of The Children’s Guild.
The role of the HR Generalist includes establishing effective working relationships within the organization, creating and implementing a variety of human resource programs, collaborating with other HR team members to support employees and managers and effectively administering leaves of absence plans. Assignments and project work will include supporting staffing, benefits administration, compensation, reward/recognition programs and training and development. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of this role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful HR professional. The goal is to ensure the department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
